Enrollment Analysis: Multiracial students comprised 5% of Seminole County's school district student body in 2022-23 school year

There were 63 multiracial students enrolled in Seminole County school district in the 2022-23 school year, 28.6% more than the previous year, according to the Georgia Department of Education.

Data showed that Seminole County school district welcomed 1,270 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, multiracial students comprised 5% of the student body to be the third most represented ethnicity in the county's school district.

This is the only school district located within Seminole County, with its main office in Donalsonville.

As of 2024, Georgia has an average student-to-teacher ratio of approximately 15:1, which is better than the national average of 16:1. The state has its best student-to-teacher ratio of 14:1 in pre-kindergarten and middle school grades, while high school has an average ratio of 17:1.
