How many inmates sentenced to serve in Calhoun County might be released during November?

The sentences of 11 inmates in Calhoun County could be completed in November, releasing them from the custody of the Georgia Department of Corrections.

These inmates have a maximum possible release date that falls in November. The State considers these dates as when the longest-running sentence with time served for a criminal is set to expire. The actual release date of those incarcerated in Georgia jails could happen earlier due to the inmate being granted clemency.

The inmate who could be released during November who served the longest amount of time was Germany G. Whitfield for Cruelty to Children. Germany G. Whitfield spent more than 20 years incarcerated.
