Andrew College Athletic Director Blake Williams announced the new Head Men's Soccer Coach is Kyle Griffith from Florida. Griffith joins Andrew College after serving as a Staff Coach at IMG Academy, working primarily with the Major League Soccer Next Boy's teams in Bradenton, Florida. Prior to that, Kyle was a Director of Coaching at Florida Elite Soccer Academy in Jacksonville, Florida, one of the largest soccer clubs in the southeast. Kyle also served as the associate head coach for the women's soccer program at Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville and was instrumental in their 2021 Regional Championship and NCCAA Final Four appearance, the first in the program's history. Kyle has experience coaching at the high school level. He was the head varsity girls' soccer coach at Christ's Church Academy in Jacksonville for two seasons leading them to the program's first District Championship and first-ever appearance at a Regional Final in 2021.

Griffith remarked on becoming the new Head Coach of the Tigers, "It's truly an honor to lead the soccer program at Andrew College. I am excited to be part of an outstanding group of coaches, students, faculty, and staff." Andrew College Athletic Director Blake Williams commented on his new hire, "Kyle will be an asset, and I know he will do a great job leading our team into the future. We are fortunate to have his experience in our athletic department, as he is a proven leader and coach. I'm very excited about the future of our men's soccer program under Kyle's leadership."

Kyle was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and currently lives in Cuthbert. Coach Griffith is working closely with Coach Adam Redhead planning their Men's and Women's Soccer Preview Day for March 18.
