Description:
The very gentle movements in this class will give you much needed energy, make your body feel better and give you a mental release. The class is taught by Cathy Baxter, a cancer survivor and registered yoga instructor. She shares what transformed her life during cancer while teaching you gentle yoga poses. Masks will be required.
This class is limited to 10 people per class. Please call Sarah Copeland at 912-819-5167 to register for each class you would like to attend.
