Live Better – the Archbold-led collaborative of key community leaders focused on improving the overall health in Thomas County with a specific focus on reducing obesity – is hosting the fourth annual Heart and Sole Run – a one-mile fun run for K-5 children.
Held in conjunction with Heart Month, the run is intended to promote living a heart-healthy lifestyle through physical fitness and healthy eating.

Date: Saturday, February 11, 2023
Time: The race will begin at 9:00am
Location: 116 Mimosa Drive, Thomasville (The Cardiovascular Consultants of South Georgia office building)
Cost: $5 per runner
Awards will be given out to the top male and female finishers in each grade and to the overall male and female finishers. All participants will receive a t-shirt for completing the event.
Online registration only. There will be no day of registration.
