The District’s most recent strategic plan, Victory in Our Schools, will be extended throughout the 2022-23 school year. During this time, the District will launch the strategic planning process for the new plan, #Built4Bibb.
The District recently completed the RFP process to identify qualified educational consulting firms to facilitate the development of the 2023-2028 strategic plan. On September 7, Engage Learning LLC was awarded the bid at a cost of $82,044.
The strategic planning process will result in a comprehensive five-year plan that outlines the strategic goals, mission, and vision that will help guide the District’s priorities while incorporating student data, extensive research on best practices, and on-going engagement opportunities with all district stakeholders.
