Of the 225 people living in Bluffton in 2020, 53.3 percent (120) were women and 46.7 percent (105) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Georgia News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 13. In the 65 and over age range, there were 18 females and 15 males.
