Blue Ridge Elementary School recently issued the following announcement.
The Columbia County School District is monitoring the impact of the winter weather in our area, working closely with our local emergency management and weather officials. Given current predictions, schools and before/after-school daycare programs will continue to operate as normal at this time on Friday, January 21, 2022. However, all after-school activities for Friday have been cancelled due to the possible winter precipitation and unsafe travel conditions.
We will continue to monitor conditions and encourage our public to visit our website, social media channels, and local media outlets for updates.
