Memorial Hospital and Manor issued the following announcement on Dec. 1

Meet our new Safety Compliance Officer, Keenan Jenkins!

"My name is Keenan Jenkins and I am the new Safety Compliance Officer for Memorial Hospital & Manor. I am a proud graduate of Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. I have over 7 years of health care experience, primarily working with Federally Qualified Health Center’s in Florida. Throughout my work history, I’ve always been considered the problem solver + “Go-To person” to get things done the right way. Over the past 6 years, I have been a part of a team that has been successfully awarded and managed over $6,000,000 in grant funds from federal, state, and philanthropic organizations. I am committed to my role here at MHM and looking forward to doing my part in ensuring sustained success within our organization."

"My goal is to implement a safety culture within MHM that no only helps significantly reduce safety hazards, but that can also be used organizational wide to increase efficiency of services and quality of care. I have always wanted to be in a position to help others and I believe I can do that in my new role here at MHM."

"I am a firm believer that “Team Work Makes the Dream Work”; if we all work together to accomplish our goals we will definitely exceed our expectations within ourselves. I have always wanted to be in a position to be able to help those in need; I am able to do this in my new role while promoting a safe, comfortable environment that produces positive results."

"Outside of work, I am a very upbeat, energetic, and passionate person that l loves spending time with family and friends. I am an avid Gator fan that bleeds Orange & Blue (GO GATORS!!!). I love to crack jokes, make people laugh, and meeting new friends. I’m grateful for the people I’ve met so far here at MHM and looking forward to building great relationships with everyone here."
